The Skyline Hospital is a challenging project in many ways; the whole program (in-patient care, hospitality functions, diagnostic and treatment functions, and out-patient departments) fits in one building due to site constraints; the design meets the highest international standards due to the highly competitive UAE market. The design also manages to incorporate green spaces and open terraces to give both patients and visitors a pleasant atmosphere.
 
The hospital is a 450- bed general hospital with a cardiac sub-specialty. It comprises a sixty-bed emergency, a comprehensive radiology center, a maternity department with twelve delivery rooms and three caesarian rooms.
The surgical and critical department comprises eleven operation theatres, fifty CCU and ICU beds, as well as a catheterization lab and lithotripsy.

The total area of this hospital is 146,000 square meters of which 20,000 square meters are dedicated for outpatients.
